What we do

  • Leadership of Professional Learning - We work in partnership with senior leaders to review and improve performance management and professional learning integration. We work together so that performance management becomes a continuous, growth-focused conversation rather than a one-time event and is closely connected to transformative professional learning approaches.

  • Leadership & Team Development - Based on identified needs we work together with you to enhance the skills, knowledge, and practices of aspiring and experienced leaders to enable thriving teams. Drawing on trusted frameworks and research, professional learning is grounded in the lived experience of your staff and students.

  • Leadership for Student Success and Welleing - Every partnership we build with senior leaders begins with deep conversation. We take the time to listen and understand your culture, your priorities, and the everyday realities staff and students face. From there we work together to design bespoke professional learning pathways.

How we do it

  • Consulting: we offer advice and solutions to organisations, schools, teams and leaders in our specific area of expertise connected to leadership development and professional learning in international education.

  • Workshop Session Series: we facilitate group activities through in-person and online sessions, engaging staff with hands-on activities and real-time feedback within our areas of expertise.

  • Coaching and Mentoring Support: we provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support effective implementation and address emerging needs or challenges.

  • Facilitator Guides & Plans: we provide comprehensive resources for in-school staff to deliver workshops independently, supported by step-by-step guides and materials.

  • Peer-Led Implementation: we train key staff to act as peer mentors, ensuring that knowledge and skills from the workshops are cascaded across the school.

  • Quality Assurance
